CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

AQUATONE - Great workout in the pool with no stress on the joints.

BENDER BALL PILATES-Get more out of your workout by using the Bender Ball which incorporates selective stabilization.

BODY BAR PUMP-Use a weighted bar and bench for an awesome strength training class!

CARDIO EXPRESS-30 Minute low impact cardiovascular workout.

GROUP NATILUS-Learn how to use the nautilus machines for resistance training in a group setting.

GROUP WTS-Located in the free weight area learn to use cable machines and free weights to rev up your metabolism.

KICK N TONE - Jab, punch, & kick your way to a great workout!!!

TASTE OF TAI CHI -Slow flowing movements and shifts of balance help strengthen your legs and condition ligaments of the ankles, knees & hips.

YOGA - Help promote muscle balance and skeletal alignment using your breathing to take you deeper into your postures.

ZUMBA - Get in on the new dance craze! Choreographed Latin fun!!

ZUMBA EXPRESS- Get in on the new dance craze! Choreographed Latin fun!! 30 minute class.

BOSU FIT- Join this new class that incorporates cardio and strength using a Bosu.

CARDIO TENNIS - No tennis skills needed! Increase your heart rate in this fun cardio class.

GROUP WALK/RUN-Enjoy the outdoorsi n the company of friends and get in a scenic walk/run around the reservoir.

LATIN GROOVE -Have fun in this new latind dance class with intervals of weight training.

LEGS BUTT & GUTT-Lowerbody conditioning class that will isolate all those trouble spots!

STABILITY BALL - Constantly adjusting to remain balanced strengthen your abs and lowerback in this new class.

TOTAL BODY TONE - Isolate different muscles by using the body bar, bosu, resistance bands, and free weights for a total body workout.

YOGALATES - Get the benefits of both Pilates & Yoga through breathing, stretching & core stabilization.

ZUMBA GOLD-Learn all those fun latin moves in this new class at a slower pace.

Weather Cancellation Policy: We follow Carmel Schools for delays and closings.

If there is a 2 hour delay or school closing -NO MORNING CLASSES.
